Our Pricing
An important part of choosing a property manager is knowing exactly what it will cost you. While a good property management business is more than worth its fees, we know that you need to know what we charge for various services. If you need a service not listed on this schedule, just ask! We’ll be happy to help clear things up.
Our baseline management fee is 10% of one month’s rent. We charge a minimum fee of $150 for condominiums and $125 for townhomes and houses. This fee includes the service of coordinating the service and repairs you’ll need, and we also cover maintenance inspections—at no additional cost to you!
We don’t charge a fee to setup a new account, nor do we charge to setup and manage any mortgages, association fees, or other similar payments. As you can see, we really do make owning and renting a property a breeze! Finally, we put the property’s utilities in our name to ensure that the property is protected during vacancies.
