If you have listings that are not selling and/or owners that live out of the area, we can assist you and your client.

Program Highlights:

Up to $500 referral fee to the referring agent for property management and leasing services, where we secure a minimum 12-month management contract and place a qualified tenant in the property.

We promise that if your client later wishes to sell the property, we will refer them back to you for the sales listing. We are committed to protecting your client relationship!
